Thanks for shopping with Mikko Shoes. We love our shoes and we know you will love them too.
All prices on the Mikko Shoes website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
We accept Visa or Mastercard.
While we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, all orders are subject to availability and, on occasion, the stock levels showing on the website may be incorrect. If an item is purchased and is not available at time of dispatch, your order will be refunded immediately.
To ensure that your parcel will be safely delivered to you we only use a signature required courier service. Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive your delivery, alternatively if you are not home at time of delivery, a Card to Call will be left in your letterbox.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address, please provide an alternate postal address.
We aim to have your parcel to you within 5-7 working days of receipt of order within New Zealand, please note that rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times are subject to stock availability and we will advise you if your order may be delayed.
We have a standard free shipping for orders over $100 anywhere within New Zealand. There will be a courier charge of $10 for New Zealand orders below $100. Please note, courier fees are non-refundable and orders are generally dispatched within three working days of receipt of your order.
For International delivery to Australia, we send via DHL International. Price is NZD$30 for all orders $299.99 and under, and NZD$47 for all orders $300.00 and over. DHL generally estimate delivery between 4-7 working days, we will update you if we expect your delivery to be delayed for any reason.

If you are unsure what size you need please call one of our stores to speak with a friendly team member who will be able to help you with your purchase. If you are local to one of our five branches, you can visit us in store to try them on. If you are unhappy with the sizing you have selected from our website we are happy to exchange the shoes for another size where available.
To exchange (subject to availability) or if you wish to be refunded, please return your purchase with a copy of your receipt within seven days of receiving your shoes. Shoes must be in original condition and in their box.

Shipping costs back to Mikko Shoes will be care of the customer, not Mikko Shoes. For your protection, we strongly advise that you return via a tracked courier. Your purchase must be sent back within seven days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
If goods are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within seven days of receipt of the goods. We will not accept any returns of footwear that has been worn unless it is faulty.
If you wish to return your shoes to one of our stores, please ensure to bring along your proof of purchase and we will help you to find the correct size.
We guarantee our footwear against reasonable wear and tear. If the goods are faulty we reserve the right to repair them within seven days of us receiving your return, when goods are returned within 12 months with proof of purchase.
COVID-19 RETURNS POLICY UPDATE SEP 2021
During Level 3 and 4, our physical stores are closed in line with government guidelines. Our online store is open and we will be delighted to take your order through our website throughout the lockdown period to secure your size, orders will be dispatched as soon as we are able while we work safely. Please note that couriers may be delayed, we appreciate your understanding.
Due to the closures, we are no longer accepting returns to Mikko HQ or to any stores. Rest-assured, we have extended our returns policy to an extra 14 days post the end of lockdown Level 3 so please hold on to any returns until then.
