Afterpay | Mikko Shoes

Afterpay is an independent payment provider that Mikko Shoes is partnered with that can be used when paying on our website or in store.

Afterpay offers a flexible payment solution that allows you to purchase items and pay them off with 4 payments over 6 weeks and you receive your goods straight away.

You need to set up an account directly with Afterpay if you don’t already have one, we are unable to do this for you. This can be done on the Afterpay website by clicking here. There is a ‘Getting started with Afterpay’ guide available on their website here.

To use Afterpay at Mikko Shoes, the customer needs to have an account with Afterpay and meet Afterpay’s eligibility criteria.

Whether you are shopping online or in store, paying with Afterpay is simple. Simply create an Afterpay account, download their App and add the Afterpay Card to your digital phone wallet.

Once you are all set up:

In store: Have the Afterpay Card ready to go on your phone and simply contactless ‘tap to pay’ at the counter like any other card in your digital wallet.

For Online: At checkout, choose Afterpay as your form of payment, you will be directed to Afterpay. Simply follow the Afterpay prompts to log into your account and finalise your order.

MIKKO TERMS OF SALE USING AFTERPAY:

Mikko provides Afterpay as a payment option in store or online at mikkoshoes.nz using the Afterpay App or Afterpay card.
All purchases are subject to Afterpay’s approval.
Afterpay is in no way linked to Mikko Shoes other than being an external payment provider.
In instances where a refund is required, it is the customers responsibility to ensure an Afterpay purchase is refunded back via Afterpay to ensure any remaining payments are stopped. If Mikko Shoes has not been made aware that Afterpay was used as the original form of payment, and the refund has been processed back onto a credit card, the customer will have received the refund directly from Mikko Shoes. Mikko Shoes accepts no liability regarding any remaining payments owed to Afterpay. If the purchase has not been paid in full to Afterpay, we recommend that the customer puts the refund received directly from Mikko Shoes, towards any remaining Afterpay payments.
All Afterpay transactional requirements including credit checks, payments by due date and/or late fees are between the customer and Afterpay and Mikko Shoes has no involvement.
Where appropriate, returns, exchanges and refunds where the original purchase was made through Afterpay, are subject to our standard Returns Policy which can be viewed here.
Products purchased using Afterpay at any Mikko Shoes store or online at mikkoshoes.nz shall be subject to the general purchase terms and conditions as any other products purchased from Mikko Shoes. Our Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Returns information and Privacy Policy are all available to view by clicking the links.
Gift Vouchers are not able to be purchased using Afterpay as a form of payment.
The holder of the Afterpay account shall be solely responsible for the use of that account.
All of the enclosed Afterpay Terms and Conditions are expressly accepted upon purchasing and/ or using Afterpay as a method of payment at Mikko Shoes.
We reserve the right to withdraw Afterpay as a payment provider at any time.
